At Velour Vault, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Delivery Time:
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your city and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges:
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 350 is charged nationwide.

Cash on Delivery:
Customers can pay in cash when the parcel is delivered to their address. No advance payment is required.

Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, our team may contact you through phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before dispatch.

Delivery Partner:
Orders are shipped through our courier partner. The courier may contact you before delivery.
