As we operate on an advance payment model and maintain limited stock, all sales are considered final.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear videos and photos of the issue.

Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or exchange after review.

Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Velour Vault reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests based on the condition of the returned item.
